Traveller Education Support (TES) aims to support schools to raise standards, narrow achievement and attendance gaps and accelerate progress for Gypsy Roma Traveller children and young people, as groups and as individuals, through specialist interventions.

An essential element of this work is supporting schools in challenging racist assumptions and behaviours and promoting effective partnerships with parents, carers, families and communities.

Traveller Education Support will work with schools to support high-quality teaching and effective assessment for learning, through identification of cohorts/groups at risk of under-achievement.
